Dear Self

Dear Self,

You need to lighten up. Take life with a grain of salt (mmm tequila how I miss you). Each day is enjoyment to be had but instead you always seem to wake up on the wrong side of the bed. You have become side tracked from the things that really matter. Worrying will only give you more grey hairs and more wrinkles on your face. It will lead to a worry wart child and that un-genetic gene that your mother passed to you is no good for the little dude. You live in the sunny of all states, soak it up. A little mess around the house will not give you a bad reputation because everyone you know has kids and is in the same boat. You've forgotten that your husband is your husband. He is not a football player in the game of baby. don't be afraid of babysitters and give yourselves a looong over due date night (pump and dump, momma!). You had a baby, enjoy the precious little dude and stop worrying about all the things you haven't learned yet.

sincerely,
yourself.

Fact! And good letter to yourself! Seriously my home looks like monsters have taken over and I don't clean every single day. I don't shower until late in the day if I don't have class that day. It's totally normal to not get things done. :) And worry not it's sooooo much more important that your staying home for the little dude. He'll love you for giving him a loving home later in life.
