Reach your life away

Kiddo has become a reaching fiend these days. It sort of hit him the past week. He is starting to reach for everything. His grasp still needs some work but we've been working on it. 

He still doesn't roll from back to tummy but he's been spending more time laying on his sides. And he recently discovered his feet but he still isn't super interested in them yet. He more so grabs his legs (and his man hood...ahh yes he's discovering that too lol) when we're changing him. 

So last night I chugged a cup of coffee before I put kiddo down for the night. OF COURSE the night I decide I want to stay up to tackle something he actually sleeps 3hrs without waking up! He normally wakes up about 40 minutes after going down. 

I started out with the intention to rehome my storage containers and make Mannix's cupboard but 'oh it's shiney' brain led me to the spices and baking cupboards. I wasn't feeling having the spices on the counter anymore, especially with appliances and my bottle drying area consuming the counters I was beginning to have little counter space. It dawned on me that while the little drawer by the stove homed a few odd ball utensils I really didn't need them there and can put them with the other's. So I put my most common used spices there instead. The rest went to the cupboard. (and I even checked the dates and toss -most of- the expired ones. 2008 spices anyone?). The rest I got rid of free that I had doubles off that I knew wouldn't get used fast enough. 

And since the cupboard monster is easy to take over I write down what's in there for quick reference.
